Day 1 & 2
Dar es Salaam – Selous Game Reserve
Meet and greet with your guide and drive to Selous. Explore this vast Game Reserve on game drives. Stay at Authentic Tanzania Maji Moto Camp / Selous River Camp. (L, D)
Day 3
Selous Game Reserve – Mikumi
Enjoy another morning game drive as you cross through the Selous to exit the north gate towards Mikumi. Relax and unwind at your lodge in the afternoon. Accommodation provided at Tan Swiss Lodge, located just outside the National Park. (B, L, D)
Day 4
Mikumi National Park
Spend the full day on game drive as you explore Mikumi National Park and watch out for elephant, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, wildebeest, impala, jackal, warthog, hippo and many more. Return to Tan Swiss Lodge at sunset. (B, L, D)
Day 5-6
Mikumi – Ruaha National Park
Drive to Ruaha and watch out for lions hunting, see giant tuskers coming to the river and look out for leopards. Your accommodation is the Authentic Tanzania Kilimatonge Camp / or a lodge on the border of Ruaha (B, L, D)
Day 7
Ruaha National Park – Udzungwas
Return to Udzungwas and go on a forest walk from your lodge. Accommodation is provided at Udzungwa Forest Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 8
Udzungwa Mountains National Park
Explore the Udzungwa Mountains – a biodiversity hotspot with countless endemic birds, plants and primates. Hike up to the Sanje Waterfalls. Return to Udzungwa Forest Lodge. (B, L, D)
Day 9
Udzungwas – Dar es Salaam
After breakfast return by road to Dar es Salaam. (B, L)
